從頭開始設計我們的每一件電動釀造設備，使我們能夠引入更高水平的過程控制，靈活性和性能。每一個細節都經過精心的思考和完善。
我們新的eControllers的每個組件都是內部設計或選擇，以增強ebrewing體驗。從定制擠壓6061飛機級鋁製外殼開始，這是CNC加工，然後塗上耐用的黑色陽極氧化處理。使用這種方法使我們能夠保持系統緊湊，便攜和功能。外殼包括一個便於安裝和拆卸的集成式提手，一個用於替代安裝選項的T形槽，以及一個散熱器，以保持內部電氣元件的冷卻。
eController由全比例PID控制器驅動，該控制器不依賴於高速開關來調節熱量。相反，電壓通過內部SSVR調製，這意味著元件功率是成比例的。位於PID正上方的開關允許用戶以手動或自動模式操作控制器。
在手動模式下，比例輸出可以按總元素輸出的0-100％進行微調，非常適合撥打完美的滾動沸騰。或者，在自動模式下，PID算法管理相對於過程溫度的比例輸出，以保持穩定的HLT或混合溫度。eController快速找到與環境熱損失特性的平衡，並且可以在每個釀造過程中保持高度準確性。
加熱器按鈕允許用戶在不關閉整個裝置的電源或調節PID輸出設置的情況下打開或關閉元件，這在偶爾的沸騰期間尤其有用。該特徵還允許控制器用於監測過程溫度，例如在噴射過程的徑流或後期階段，而沒有乾燥燃燒元件的風險。最後，控制器具有兩個附件輸出，通常用於泵，但也可用於磨機，照明甚至手機充電器。
連接性是我們的eControllers的一個重要考慮因素，我們希望能夠適應現有客戶提供的水壺或元件的插頭的靈活性和熟悉度，以及UL認可的連接器類型的可靠性。對於240VAC主電源和元件連接器，我們採用了通用的NEMA L6-30標準，這是一種3線扭鎖式插頭類型，能夠提供30安培的電流。對於配件連接，我們決定使用NEMA 5-15標準，這是標準的120 VAC住宅插座。最後，對於PT100溫度探頭，我們選擇了3.5毫米迷你插孔連接器標準，通常用於耳機，既耐用又易於使用。

A quality 304 Stainless Brew Kettle can last a lifetime of home brewing. The Ss Brew Kettle is constructed from 304 stainless steel, and features an aluminum core Tri-Clad bottom to foster even heating and minimize the risk of scorching. Sturdy silicone coated handles make moving the kettle safe and comfortable. As a first in home brewing, the kettle features an integrated trub dam into the dip tube to minimize the pickup of trub and hop material during knockout. The result is much clearer wort making its way into the fermenter.

A properly controlled fermentation temperature is critical to producing quality beer. The Fermentation Temperature Stabilization System (FTSs) is the result of many napkin sketches and applying thermodynamics to advanced brewing practices. The system is elegant in it’s simplicity yet incredibly efficient.
The FTSs uses a precision temperature controller that constantly monitors the temperature of your fermentation to within 1° of its set point. When the temperature of your beer varies by over 1° the system kicks in and circulates your chill source liquid through the chiller coil until temperature is stabilized.

The Brew Bucket was the very first product we ever invented. Essentially we were home brewers sick of the fact that there were no affordable quality 304 stainless steel fermenters on the market. It’s no secret that stainless steel is the superior material for sanitary fermentation. You don’t see your local craft brewery fermenting in plastic for a reason. Stainless is more sanitary than plastic and safer than glass.
The signature conical base of the Brew Bucket minimizes potential off flavor yeast contact during fermentation, and allows the yeast to concentrate for a clean transfer. All sizes of brew buckets fit nicely into standard chest freezers for convenient temp controlled fermentation.
